Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to all  orders placed with "Quince-Dress” and www.Quince-Dress.com the policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

 Delivery time includes the processing time in order verification, tailoring time to make the dress and delivery time for shipment to the customer.

 

Free economy shipping with 8-15  day delivery time 
Available shipping options will be shown at check out

Our default shipping option is economy shipping which provides a 8 to 15 day delivery time. Except for dresses, which are custom-made and stitched according to the customers measurements. 
Custom new dresses usually require between 15  and 21 days  from the date of the order for delivery.   
Please note express shipping options are not available for custom tailored dresses. However, if you have an urgent order, we are more than happy to check if it can be delivered any sooner.

Economy shipping is offered free to all of our customers, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom   

We offer free delivery in Europe to the following Countries.   Austria Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Finland, Sweden,
France, Norway, and Poland.

Shipping cost to Mexico is an additional $20

if a third-party carrier is available for your shipping the options will be shown and check out, including Carrier  name cost and delivery time frame.
